Wood and Sit Up

Got up with a new attitude. After coffee and breakfast I started the day by moving all the old wood out of the back yard to the trailer. This took about 30 minutes. Some of the pieces were quite large and a bit heavy.


A little later on I decided on some actual training.

Rebounding - 40 minutes.

Sit Ups - 5 sets/20 reps.


My core is done. That said, I could not have done this a year ago. BW this morning 346.2lbs.
