SSB Squats and Push Up Burpees

My schedule lately is busy. Driving back and forth to the hospital twice a day is making time scarce. Today I got up at a reasonable hour and got to work.

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.

Rebounding - 60 minutes (12x5 min)

SSB Squats - bar/10 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/145lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/145lbs.


Push Up Burpees - 6 sets/various push ups and burpees.


Really good today.

Now we gotta go visit Dad.
