Rebounding - 60 minutes (12x5 min)
SSB Squats - bar/10 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/145lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/145lbs.
Push Up Burpees - 6 sets/various push ups and burpees.
Really good today.
Now we gotta go visit Dad.
