Life

What a crazy week. July 1st, Canada Day, my father tripped fell down in the driveway. We took him to hospital where he's been since then. He's ok and in a good safe place. A late night and running my Mom back and forth to the hospital has filled up my schedule. Not much time to train eventhough I took several days off work. That said, I've done a little bit.

Thurs 3 July

Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5 min)

Inclined Axle Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/115lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/165lbs, 2 sets/10,5+2 reps/215lbs, 165lbs/12 reps.


It was really hot and I hit the wall on my last set of 215lbs.

On another note, yesterday I started Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). I post more about it in future posts.
