When I finally got home I didn't have much time to train. So, I needed to do something effective. Sit Ups it is.
Rebounding - 30 minutes (6x5min)
Sit Ups - 3 sets/12 reps, 3 sets/14 reps.
Static Lower Body Stretches.
A really good and much needed core work. Awesome!!!
