After that I did some running around. This afternoon I wanted to get 10k steps so on to the rebounder.
Rebounding - 60 minutes (6x5 min +30 min)
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 6 sets/10 reps/light band.
Static Stretches.
I couldn't just bounce. The Knee Ups were am excellent adition. It's really hot today, 34°C. Thats enough. I got my 10k steps
