I knew I would be busy this evening so I went for a jog/walk before work this morning.
Right after work I had to make up some steps to complete 10k. That, and some Deadlifts.
Rebounding - 20 minutes.
Driveway Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/230lbs, 3 sets/3,3,4 reps/410lbs.
Time to eat then get going.
