Bench Press and Pulls

I'm still going for another week to gain the fourth and final badge. Ten thousand steps or more a day for 28 days straight. If I quit now I would have to start all over again. After today only four days left.

Rebounding - 70 minutes

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/245lbs.


WG Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/60kg.

Now its time to EAT!!!
