Back At Er'

Working nights this week but I've got some earlier appointments. Doesn't mean I can't get back at er'.

Rebounding - 45 minutes (9x5 min)

Burpies - 4 sets/6,6,10,10 reps.
Push Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.


Feeling really good considering Battle at the Border on Saturday.
