Ramping up again. Not heavy but putting in the work.
Rebounding - 50 minutes (10x5 min)
Tire Deadlifts - 8 sets/3,4,5,6,5,5,5 reps/320lbs.
Theragun and Stretches.
Total volume today is 10,560lbs. No belt no straps.
