Push-Ups and Pulls

Running around today during my normal training time. Scheduled more running around this afternoon and evening. Training fortunately fit in nicely.

Rebounding - 60 minutes. (12x5 min)

Push Ups - 8 sets/10 thru 17 reps. (108 reps)

WG Pull Downs - 6 sets/50 thru 75kg/12 reps.

Again nothing heavy but I'm keeping active. Even with a busy schedule.
