Standing Axle Press - 2 sets/6 reps/115lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/115lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/115lbs.
Extra WG Pull Downs - 6 sets/12 reps/55 thru 80kg.
Standing Concentration Biceps Curls - 3 sets/12 reps per arm/35lbs.
Yesterday I only managed 30 minutes of rebounding. Today, much better. Feeling good. Working tonight.
