Kettlebell Swings - 3 sets/20,20,30 reps/35lbs.
Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3,3,4 reps.
Pump Phase - 4 sets/6,6,6,8 reps/185lbs.
These felt really solid. A little slow starting.
