Rebounding

I decided to skip training today. My right shoulder is bothering me a bit after bench training on Tuesday. Also, I have a grip competition this Saturday. I won't hurt to lay off the weights until Sunday. I did rebound for 60 minutes today and use the Theragun. I found my inner calves to be tight and tender. Something else to work on.
