Push Us

Feeling pretty good today. Still losing weight. This morning I weighed 359lbs. Keep the train rolling.

Rebounding - 30 minutes.

Push Ups - 6 sets/15 reps.


In the past my back would start bothering me right now. So far, so good. I feel fine. Being lighter is making movement easier.
