OH Barbell Press

Did some yard work this morning. Got out to the garage this afternoon. 

Rebounding - 30 minutes. 

OH Barbell Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/12 reps/95lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/185lbs


Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/20lbs.


Feeling good. Shoulders are getting stronger.
