Inclined Presses

Busy running around today. Got home at 1600hrs. Out to the garage. Then dinner. 

Rebounding - 15 minutes. 

Light Stretches. 

Inclined Presses - 4 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 185lbs/12 reps, 205lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs.



Good pump. Now it's time to eat.
