Rebounding

Nothing special today. I watched a movie while spending about 90 minutes rebounding. Not all at once. At intervals I spent some time with the Theragun hitting tight spots. Feeling pretty good right now. Early night to bed. Tomorrow is pressing. I haven't decided what to press but I want to be creative.
