You'd think that after the 100k steps last week I would feel great. Not so. Since Monday I've had a gurgling stomach and all my BMs have been runny. Not that you needed to know that. My head feels like it's in a cloud and I'm tired. Today I started the morning by changing over my wife's snow tires to her summer tires. Afterwards I had breakfast then I tried some Squats.
Leg Swings with Band
Squats - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/10, 6 reps, 225lbs/8 reps.
I knew 225lbs would be it so I did a full set of eight reps. That's it, I'm out. I feel horrible. Time for a shower and maybe a short nap.
