Squats

I didn't train yesterday. I  wanted to enjoy some pizza and beer. However, in the late afternoon I got the snowblower out and managed a bunch more steps and 89 minutes of elevated heart rate. 


Today I have a bunch of house work to do. I'm still gonna get some training done. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/1,2,2,2 reps.


SSB Squats - bar/6 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/148lbs.

Static Stretches. 

My back is suspect today and I don't feel like an injury. That said, I'm still happy about training today
