Log Press and Inclined Bench Press
A really good training day. Doing some running around this morning meant I had just the afternoon to get the work done. Today I started with the Log.
Log Press - 80lbs/6 reps, 150lbs/8 reps, 5 sets/1 clean 3 presses/150lbs (1 minute rest between the five sets)
Inclined Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs/8 reps, 235lbs/6 + 3,3,3 reps.
Feeling good.
