Rebounding Keg

Very short on time after work today to train. However, I feel that I made the most of the time I had. 

Repeat the following 4 times. 

Rebounding - 10 minutes. 

Keg Lift and walk in place - 3 lifts with 20 steps each Lift.

Great work capacity training. Great practice for the Keg over bar event coming up.
