Bench Press

Busy home life right now. Our dishwasher wash leaking and caused water damage in the basement and kitchen. Today we started the insurance process of getting things back to normal. It's gonna take some time.

This evening It's time for some therapeutic training. Bench Press is on the program. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 18lbs/5 reps, 205lbs/5 reps, 225lbs/5 reps, 245lbs/5 reps, 265lbs/5 reps, 285lbs/5 reps.



Good and solid. Feeling good. Still losing weight.
