Bench Press and Fun

The only thing holding back my Bench Press is a small pain in my left elbow. Otherwise, I am feeling great!

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/275lbs.


Plate Hold - 36 seconds. 


Grip Test - 125lbs/both hands, 175lbs/both hands, 215lbs/miss left, good right.



Something a little different. Fun!
