Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Vibration Table - 5 minutes.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 3 sets/3 reps/315lbs.
Light Stretches.
Nothing difficult. Working on maintaining form with heavier weights. I'm happy with today.
