Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Squats - (raw)(slow eccentric) 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/5 reps/275lbs, (normal speed) 295lbs/6 reps.
Static Stretches.
A really great training day. Feeling good. Now I gotta cut the lawn.
