Squats - (slow eccentric) bw/6 reps, (knee sleeves and shoes) 135lbs/6 reps, 205lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/5 reps/255lbs, (normal speed and belt) 275lbs/6 reps, 295lbs/8 reps.
Static Stretches.
