Vibration Table - 5 minutes.
Leg Swings and Dynamic Stretches.
Deadlifts (OH Grip) - 5 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 245lbs/6 reps, 245lbs/8 reps.
Static Stretches.
Truth be told I feel like crap today. I did get up at 0400hrs for work. Tonight I'll get to bed a little earlier in preparation for Squats on Monday. All Deadlift reps were done with an overhand grip and no chalk.
