Stretches

Today is a day off training but I was called into work for tonight. Along with my regular housework chores I also did a little something. 

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes/level 5.

Stretches. 

Tonight at work I will also be walking about 3km. Not bad for a rest day. Tomorrow is Deadlifts.
