Deadlifts

No tires today. No belt and no straps.  Feeling good. 

Light Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 3 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/335lbs.


Because Deadlifts suck so much I'm going to keep deadlift days simple. A good first week of training with the new program.
