Squats - 3 sets/6 reps/bar, 3 sets/6 reps/95lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/185lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/245lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/295lbs, 305lbs/6 reps.
Seated Band Hamstring Curls - 3 sets/12 reps per side/Orange Band.
That was a tough one. Not much else to say except I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.
