Day 1 Week 2

Strength still isn't here. My form feels and looks good. I am controlling the weights better. It's only week 2.

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/1 rep, (belt) 315lbs/2 reps.

Power Phase - (belt and knee sleeves) 5 sets/1 rep/375lbs.


Pump Phase - (belt and knee sleeves) 2 sets/6 reps/245lbs, 4 sets/5 reps/245lbs.


Walk Around The Block - 30 minutes. 

What an awesome training day. Much better control. Thinking through each heavy single. The walk was amazing. I stopped and stretched a few times. Feeling really good.
