Leg Swings and Stretches.
Stationary Bike - 16 minutes.
Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/4 reps, 4 sets/2,2,3,3 reps/315lbs.
Stationary Bike - 11 minutes.
Push Ups - 3 sets/12 reps.
It's difficult being this fat and training. Especially squats. Stationary Bike went well. Tomorrow I'll give Bench Press a go.
