Stationary Bike

The weather has turned to crap again. It's cold. Time to ride the bike plus a little extra. 

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 12 reps.
High Cable Rows - 12 reps/40kg.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 16 reps.
High Cable Rows - 16 reps/40kg.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 20 reps.
High Cable Rows - 20 reps/40kg.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 

The Bike is hard on my ass. I could do longer but my butt hurts.
