More Stationary Bike

The weather is still terrible. Cold, damp, snowing and overcast. I don't want to lift. My joints ache and my muscles are sore. Yuck! Time to get better on the bike.

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 15 reps.

Stationary Bike - 6 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 20 reps.

Stationary Bike - 7 minutes. 
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 20 reps.

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Ab Sling Knee Ups - 20 reps.

28 minutes total today. I guess my back side is getting tougher. Next time I'll try for 30 minutes. Still feeling fat and lazy.
