Light Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/bw, 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/10,12 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/10,12,10 reps/245lbs.
Considering my back was a big problem a couple of months ago it seems I'm back to a reasonable amount of strength. Feels good.
