Max Effort Deadlifts

Not too bad today but I was hoping for a little bit more. I know my back has just started to feel better but I wanted to push my pull.

Light Stretches.

Deadlifts - 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 405lbs/1 rep.

405lbs went up incredibly easy. I wasn't wearing a belt.


Deadlifts (with belt) - 455lbs/1 rep, 495lbs/1 rep.


495lbs was quick and easy. No sticking point. After that I missed 565lbs, 550lbs and 550lbs again after a longer rest. I'm sure 550lbs would have went if I would have tried it first. Oh well. It's been some time since pulling these weights. I'm sure the failed attempts will still count for something. Back still feels good.


Bent Over Dumbbell Rows - 2 sets/12 reps/30lbs, 35lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/45lbs. (lbs per side).
