The weather is great in the garage. Warm but not hot with a slight breeze. I love days like this for training.
Rotator Laterals - 2 sets/20 reps/10lbs.
Full Body Stretches.
Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 6 sets/6,6,6,6,5,6 reps/315lbs.

Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 5 sets/16 reps/30lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 3 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
Amazing pump right now. Upper body and arms feel thick and full. Now is an excellent time to fill my face.
