Overload Bench Press (Titan RAM) - 365lbs/3 reps, 385lbs/2 reps, 405lbs/1 rep, 425lbs/1 rep.
Alternate the following
Inclined Bummers - 4 sets/10 reps.
Inclined Push Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.
