Standing Barbell Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 95lbs/10 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 170lbs/6 reps, 4 sets/6 reps/135lbs.
Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/15lbs.
Ab Sling - 3 sets/12 reps.
