OH Press
Motivation is crap today for some reason. The weather is amazing finally but I feel lethargic. Oh well, at least I moved some weight today.
Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.
OH Barbell Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 135lbs/10 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 155lbs/6 reps, 165lbs/8 reps.
Rotator Cuffs - 3 sets/16 reps/10, 15, 15lbs.
Feeling YUCK!
