Squats

Felt alright today. Ready for Squats.

Elliptical - 11 minutes.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 345lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/8 reps/190lbs.

I felt good until the last set of volume Squats. My head started to hurt originating from the back of my neck. I've had stress induced headaches before. There's no sense continuing at this point.

Elliptical - 12 minutes.

Not too shabby.
