Really enjoyed training after work.
Elliptical - 10 minutes.
Shoulder Mobility and Stretching.
Standing Shoulder Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 65lbs/12 reps, 5 sets/10 reps/100lbs.
Seated Machine Shoulder Press - 3 sets/10 reps/95lbs.
Treadmill Walk - 10 minutes.
Walking on the treadmill feels really good. I need to walk in different shoes so I don't wear out my lifting shoes.
