Elliptical - 12 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Deadlifts - 225lbs/10 reps, 295lbs/5 reps, 345lbs/5 reps, 375lbs/8 reps.
Bent Over Rows - 4 sets/12,12,12,14 reps/135lbs.
Elliptical - 10 minutes.
I'm pleased with the outcome considering my lack of motivation. Tomorrow is Bench Press.
