A little tired but still motivated. Time to pull.
Elliptical - 10 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretching.
Deadlifts - 225lbs/10 reps, 275lbs/5 reps, 315lbs/5 reps, 335lbs/10 reps.
Bent Over Rows - 5 sets/10 reps/145lbs.
Elliptical - 20 minutes.
My back is very pumped. I enjoyed 20 minutes of Elliptical. Now eat and get to bed. I have a 12 hour shift starting at 0130hrs tonight.
