Standing Shoulder Press

-12 degC in the garage this afternoon. Rest breaks were spent in the house.

Light Stretches.

Standing Shoulder Press - Bar/12 reps, 95lbs/12 reps, 120lbs/5 reps, 135lbs/5 reps, 150lbs/10 reps.

Standing Dumbbell Press - 5 sets/10 reps/40lbs.

A very good but cold training session.
