Squats

Stressful day today at work is made better by torturing myself with Squats.

Elliptical - 5 minutes.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - bar/8 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 245lbs/5 reps, 280lbs/5 reps, 315lbs/8 reps, 5 sets/10 reps/175lbs.


Elliptical - 15 minutes.

I really needed this work out today. I'm better for it.
