Standing Shoulder Press

My earache has kept me from lifting and tonight I can't stay away. My ear has been feeling better so I decided to set up in my garage for some Standing Shoulder Press. It's about -5 degC in the garage so I dressed up and went to work.

Shoulder Mobility and Light Stretches.

Standing Shoulder Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 95lbs/12 reps, 110lbs/5 reps, 125lbs/5 reps, 140lbs/10 reps.


Standing Dumbbell Press - 5 sets/10 reps/40lbs

Last Shoulder Press day I did barbell presses for the "boring but big" phase. Today I tried dumbbells and loved it. Dumbbells it is from now on.
