Squats

A few busy days has kept me from the gym. Today I had lots if time so off to the gym I go.

Elliptical - 5 minutes

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/5 reps, 260lbs/5 reps, 295lbs/6 reps, 5 sets/10 reps,175lbs.

Elliptical - 10 minutes.

I really started to get fired up in the last few sets of Squats. I haven't felt like that in a little while. It felt pretty good.
