Yesterday went earlier to Goodlife for some Bench Press.
Treadmill Walk - 10 minutes.
Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/5 reps, 255lbs/5 reps, 285lbs/10 reps, 5 sets/12 reps/150lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 4 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
Elliptical - 10 minutes.
Feeling good.
