Not saying I will start this routine but I will post it just incase.
Monday
- Barbell Squat
- Bench Press
- Bent Over Rows
Wednesday
- Front Squat
- Standing Military Press
- Deadlifts
Friday
- Barbell Squat
- Bench Press
- Bent Over Rows
All exercises at 5 sets and 5 reps. I prefer simple training routines and this fits the bill.
